Dynamics 365 CRM consulting
Let’s design your sales and service processes, data and user experience together.
Discuss your project →When can we help?
We start by reviewing the process when customer data is scattered, quotes disappear in personal email or support cannot see sales history. Our Dynamics 365 CRM consulting considers sales, customer service, system integration and daily user workflows. Scope can include a new implementation or improvements to an existing CRM.
Scope and deliverables
Discovery clarifies processes, roles, data sources and priorities. Depending on scope, deliverables may include the data model, screens, business rules, access matrix, integration mappings and report definitions. Included work and acceptance criteria should be agreed in writing during the proposal stage.
Example: moving quote follow-up into a shared process
An open quote can track the customer, opportunity, owner, last conversation, next action and due date together. A management view can show overdue follow-ups alongside total value. Acceptance should be concrete: can an authorized user update their quote, can a manager see the permitted records, and is conversation history preserved? This is an illustrative process, not a completed customer project or a promised outcome.
CRM, ERP and .NET integration
Integration starts with data ownership. Define mapping rules for customer identifiers, product codes, currencies and dates. Include duplicate prevention during retries, failed-transfer monitoring and restricted permissions in the design. Evaluate .NET and suitable APIs against the capabilities of existing systems.
Power BI: connecting reports to management decisions
First define the decision a report should support: where are quotes stalling, which customer segment needs more service, or which opportunities lack next actions? Clarify each measure, source, refresh frequency and owner. Power BI work may include preparation, modeling and visualization; licensing, permissions and finance data needs are assessed separately.
Testing, training and go-live
Trial migrations compare relationships and field contents as well as record counts. Users evaluate real scenarios appropriate to their roles. A go-live plan defines data freeze, final migration, rollback conditions and initial support responsibilities. Training focuses on completing daily tasks, not only introducing screens.
What determines duration and price?
User count, processes, data quality, integrations, custom development and training needs all affect scope. Product licenses and consulting or development services are separate costs. A fixed price or timeline before reviewing the systems and scope may be misleading. Bring your user count, existing applications and three priority problems to the initial discussion.
MMD’s approach
Drawing on senior specialists with software development experience dating back to 2003 and experience gained at Microsoft partners, we translate processes across industries into solutions suited to your business. User-friendly design, data correctness and sustainable support are considered throughout the project. Discovery makes the scope and working approach specific to your project.
Our experience spans sales and service operations, collections, donation management, call centers, education, schools and aircraft maintenance processes. In automated sales and quotation workflows, AI applications and system integrations, we aim to reduce repetitive work, keep information flowing accurately and make users’ tasks easier.
