Beyond fixing errors

As CRM usage evolves, screens, business rules, integrations and reports face new requirements. Our support approach starts with understanding existing behavior and business impact, followed by controlled delivery. Repeated problems are opportunities for lasting improvement, not simply tickets to close.

How does a request progress?

1. Description and priority

Record expected and actual behavior, the affected process and reproduction steps.

2. Analysis and approval

Assess scope and effort, and obtain approval for the required development.

3. Resolution and testing

Implement the change and check the business scenario and related workflows.

4. Acceptance and follow-up

Record customer acceptance and resolution notes, and create follow-up work where needed.

What can support cover?

Depending on scope, support can cover CRM screens and processes, access reviews, data quality, custom extensions and integration issues. New feature requests are assessed separately from defects. Outages owned by Microsoft or another provider may require coordination with that provider.

Effort, support entitlement and expectations

Support scope, effort assessment and approvals are agreed at the outset. Customers with a support entitlement should be able to trace consumption to requests. Response targets, working hours and emergency arrangements depend on the agreement; resolution time is not assumed to be identical for every request.

Already a customer?

Submit your request through the support center. Reproduction steps and screenshots without personal data help the initial investigation. For a new maintenance agreement, contact sales to define the scope.
